Cured by NYC

A quick trip to NYC for Damon's birthday was just the cure for my horrible all day (morning) sickness. That & rolling into my 14th week. I'm cured!! Yahoooooo.  We left Mimi w Gma & Gpa for the weekend. My Walt Disney World College Program kindred spirit, Nancy hosted us in her FAB West Village apartment. She also hooked us up with tickets to Spider-Man on Broadway.  U2 did the score & the show was a blast. Spidey & friends literally fly over your head & totally interact with the crowd. The Green Goblin was hysterical & totally stole the show!!! Before Spidey we had a yummy diner at Gordon Ramsey's Restaurant Maze, inside the London Hotel.  We heart Gordon!!!

For birthday brunch we hit the DECADENT must have breakfast spot Norma's. Check out the amazing menu here!!  Our table coveted the Crunchy French Toast & the delicious Eggs Benedict!  The highlight of the trip was of course our 1st game in the new Yankee Stadium (Our visit to the old stadium). This was an important game for the play offs & the Yankees made a crazy comeback from being down 5-9 in the 14th inning to WIN!!!!  We managed to eat everything in the stadium during the 14 wild innings!!!   Finally Damon & I enjoyed a romantic patio dinner in Greenwich Village at an all organic Italian Eatery.  Our trip was a blast & we can't wait to do it again.  Coming home to our little love, Miabelle, makes the trip even sweeter. Happy Birthday Damon, I love you tons:)
