Have a Cheesy Christmas

I battled the Christmas Eve crowds in two different stores. I wasn't there to buy the latest Wii game or to wrestle away holiday barbie from some poor stressed out parent. I was there for CHEESE. EIGHT types of cheese to be exact.

Gorgonzola, Crumbled Bleu, Fresh Mozzarella, Australian White Cheddar, Fresh Grated Parmesan, Shredded Sharp Cheddar, Gruyere & Fontina.

Some will be used in this yummy Mac & Cheese, and some in this Cheesy Corn Bake. What Christmas recipes are you using this year??
