Damon & I TRY to eat well. We are not excellent at it, BUT we are definitely making an attempt especially now that my sweet pea is eating everything she can get her hands on!!!. One healthy lifestyle choice we are working on is buying organic. When he does the shopping he needs CPR after seeing the organic prices..lol I think these lists will be super helpful in showing what we need to splurge on:) The chart is via My Paper Crane (so cute!!) I think the chart & list (2011) are different b/c they are from different years. I would def add blueberries to my BUY ORGANIC list. Happy Eating:)
