So I did it. Call me crazy if you must! I brought my own water to the beach. Screw you ecoli!!! We had a blast on our first ever camping trip (Mia & Wes that is). I use the words camping trip lightly since we didn't actually stay all nite. My parents pulled their camper to Alum Creek State Park for the weekend. Since my life is dictated by baby naps, we headed up Saturday after Wesley took his morning nap. We had all the great elements a camping trip should have. Bubbles, the beach, 1st marshmallow roast, great friends, Gma & Gpa. The only thing that was missing was Daddy & a few hershey bars for s'mores:( We probably would have stayed the nite if Damon had been able to get off work. The campgrounds were really nice. This is actually a private beach that was just steps from our site.
