I don't mean to harp on the subject but I can not get over how effective the
Milkshake Method has been for getting healthy things into my child!!!! Seriously best mommy scam ever!!!! This hideous concoction was full of kale & chia seeds. You'd think it was a triple chocolate malt from dairy queen the way she devoured it.
2 Big Handfull Blueberries
Handful Frozen Kale
Small Frozen Banana
Greek Yogurt
Couple dollops of canned coconut
Shot of coconut milk/skim milk
Tbs. Chia Seeds
1 packet Stevia in the Raw. You could also use honey or agave.
The key for Mia is the straw.. Give her a spoon and she's out. Ugly milkshake, pretty light:)
