Lately, as soon as Mia wakes up in the morning the 1st thing she says is, eat, eat? This morning she changed it up and said cancakes, cancakes (pancakes!!!)?? With language skills like that how can I resist? I used organic batter mix from Giant Eagle & added a tsp of chia seeds. She loves them smothered in blackberry preserves, hence the messy smile!!!!
