Mocktails for New Years

Tis the season for this pregnant lady to be sipping on Mocktails. My seasonal drink of choice has been low-fat eggnog straight from the plastic carton but here are a few classier choices!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

NOJITO from Epicurious

Muddle the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with the lime juice and sugar. Add ice cubes to fill a shaker and pour in the club soda. Gently shake a few times to incorporate (remember: club soda is fizzy).
