Have a Cheesy Christmas

I battled the Christmas Eve crowds in two different stores. I wasn't there to buy the latest Wii game or to wrestle away holiday barbie from some poor stressed out parent. I was there for CHEESE. EIGHT types of cheese to be exact.

:flickr:

Gorgonzola, Crumbled Bleu, Fresh Mozzarella, Australian White Cheddar, Fresh Grated Parmesan, Shredded Sharp Cheddar, Gruyere & Fontina.

Some will be used in this yummy Mac & Cheese, and some in this Cheesy Corn Bake. What Christmas recipes are you using this year?? Share a recipe by 6pm on New Years Eve and I will pick a random comment to win a $25 Target gift card. The comment MUST include a complete recipe or a link to a complete recipe!!

Holiday Time

it took a while, but the Christmas spirit has finally enetered our house. First D put up a tiny, adorable Charlie brown Christmas Tree complete with Star Wars ornaments. then last night we attended the annual Eckelberry Christmas Party at Blacklick woods. The kids (Tiffany's son, Kyle stayed the night with us) played a hysterical version of musical chairs. Brandi's famous potato casserole, a few rousing games of Bingo and here I am, un-Grinchified Lizbonj!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS..
Now here is my Christmas wish list. Keep in mind my husband & I set a $100 limit so my expensive tastes will not be indulged this year.
1. Uggz from Nordstrom please!!!

2. A must-have for the die hard music lover. I am behind big time on this one!!
3. My first and only pair of Skinny jeans! i am thinking the Buckle or Nordstrom?

4. The key to great photography? Editing!

5. How about a nice Archiver's gift card..Yes Please!
