moving on up

I met with a realtor on Sunday. She had no good, rotten news as far as the housing market goes. I'm totally upside down in my house, just like everyone else in the country. This Pisces just wants to bury her head BUT NO, i have a list of chores to complete in order to put this place on the MARKET.. Change light bulbs, pull weeds, clean out closet, organize basement. The good news? When i do sell my condo Taco will be my roommate!!! (i'm grumpy at d cuz he's not here helping me organize)

Last night was our engagement party. My parents and my Brandi threw an awesome bash!!!

Brandi made Friday just a little sweeter with this yummy cookie from our FAVORITE, Mrs. Goodmans. She also got vanilla, key lime, strawberry & lemon cupcakes..AND a german chocolate brownie!! I think I am rubbing off on her!

Tonite a group of us are going to Little Bear so Brandi can get a feel for the wedding site. She is the Official wedding planner having the final say on all color & decor choices. Little Bear has a friday nite happy hour with live music. WOOT!!! Damon has tonite & tomorrow nite (our engagement party) off DOUBLE WOOT!!

Right now i am watching this for the 189th time.. Truly a classic.. right now i have Tom Petty learning to fly stuck in my head.

Right now i'm eating these..double stuffed of course!! right now i'm a little tipsy from a yummy pina colada i had at sara's bday party.

Right now i'm missing him. His schedule is opposite from mine. Actually he is opposite from me. Doesn't matter because i love him & feel better when he is beside me..

Still Searching

Tonite we are going with my mom & dad to Raven's Glenn Winery. We will have yummy Italian food & taste lots of wine to see if this is a possible wedding location.

Looked at the Little Bear Golf Club & i REALLY liked it!! It's beautiful, affordable, & the guy who runs it seems so ACCOMMODATING!!!! The pics just don't do it justice!!!!

We have also been looking at Lakeland Village in Tahoe and L'Auberge in Sedona!!! If we go away who will come??

i love grocery shopping because it means fresh strawberries & raspberries for breakfast!!! (and maybe some double stuffed oreos for dessert!)

These are some "engagement" shots we took in a photo booth at Easton.. Layout uses CI Creative Cafe, EK Success butterfly punch, Cricut Plantin Schoolbook font, MM typewriter stickers. The butterfly w/ pink polka dots was punched from the packaging of Colorbok chipboard buttons.

To celebrate their upcoming wedding, Sabour & Rob invited everyone over for some tasty BBQ & some delicious vodka, red bull & cranberry (beer for damon). It was awesome to spend time with my best girls from college Zoe & Sabour!!!! The later it got to crazier the pictures were. I think Sara & Brandi may have gotten some crazy rambling calls from me about diamond rings & brittany spears!!
